2. What data we collect

We only collect:

  • Visit statistics (Modulo · Statistics) — no cookies and nothing stored in your browser. We record the address of the page visited, where you came from and the time. We do not store your IP address: it is only used to compute an anonymous identifier that changes every day, and is then discarded.
  • Analytics cookies (Google Analytics) — only if the operator turns them on, and only with your consent. We track the number of visits, country and device type. We do not collect IP addresses or personal profiles.
  • Contact form — name, email and message. We use them only to reply.
  • Reservations — name, email, number of guests and date. We use them to confirm the reservation.

3. Purpose of processing

  • Improving the content and functionality of the website (analytics)
  • Replying to contact messages
  • Managing table reservations

4. Legal basis

  • Cookie-free visit statistics: legitimate interest in running and improving the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR)
  • Analytics cookies: consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR)
  • Contact and reservations: legitimate interest / performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b), (f) GDPR)

5. Recipients

We do not sell data to third parties. Analytics data is processed through Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC, USA) — the transfer is based on the EU standard contractual clauses.

6. Retention

  • Analytics cookies: 14 months (GA4 setting)
  • Contact messages: until resolved, at most 1 year
  • Reservations: 3 months after the date

7. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. Contact us by email: [email protected]. You can lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority at dataprotection.gov.sk (Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic).

On your first visit we show a consent banner. You can withdraw your consent at any time by deleting cookies in your browser or with the button below.
