Modulo Pocket is an app for iPhone and Android, so a technician, a salesperson or a business owner does not have to open the admin in a browser when out in the field. It logs a call, shows today’s work, measures a trip into the Diary, reads a fuel receipt and warns you when an SLA deadline is getting close.

What it does
The app has no task or contact database of its own — it works directly with your Modulo. Whatever you change on the phone applies on the web right away, with the same permissions and automations.
Calling: tap a number from the Directory, the app dials and measures the time; when you come back it asks whether you got through. Someone called: the stopwatch starts at once, add the contact, a note and a ticket during the call.
Open tickets and tasks assigned to you, sorted by urgency: overdue, due soon, the rest. Each with contacts and phone numbers, address and location.
Change a ticket’s status, assign it, reply to the customer, add an internal note, log time and photos. Create a ticket, task or contact straight from the phone.
Pick a task, start the trip and GPS counts the kilometres on the way there, on site and back. The Diary gets one entry from–to with the mileage.

Customers’ cash registers from Modulo at hand during service. The app shows a password only to someone with that permission in Modulo — every view is logged and the number of views per hour is limited.
Your company’s Knowledge base and Wiki even without signal: the app keeps an offline package and searches it the same way Modulo does.
What you left at the customer’s: PLU and quantity, an EAN barcode scan (finds the item in Stock) or by hand — name, price and quantity. Items flow into invoicing from tasks.
Scan the QR code on a Slovak eKasa receipt and the app reads the station, amount, litres and price per litre. Save it as refuelling for a car in the Fleet or as an expense, with a photo.
A ticket or task assigned to you, a status change, a customer message, a comment, an @mention, a new email in an assigned mailbox.
One app for several pairings at once — for example your own Modulo and a partner’s. Each with its own logo and colour; switch between them or see everything together.
Connecting
An admin turns on the Calls module in Modulo and gives users the permission.
In Settings → Calls you generate an 8-character code or a QR code with your instance address.
The app pairs and fills in who you are and which company you work for. The device can be disconnected from Modulo at any time.

This is the privacy policy of the Modulo Pocket app for iPhone and Android. The app has no server or database of its own — it works only with the Modulo you pair it with. It shows no ads, uses no analytics, and we do not sell any data.
